– Airport pick-up

Day 2

– Beach run/walk/swim
– Yoga in the garden
– Breakfast
– Time to self – scheduled massage sessions
– Lunch
– Downtime – scheduled massage sessions
– Late afternoon cooking session
– High tea
– Evening on the beach

Day 3

– Beach time – swim/kayak/jog/walk

– Day excursion
– Picnic Lunch at excursion
