It’s YOUR retreat. We will have two yoga & meditation classes a day – one in the morning and one in the evening. In between, we have taken great care to prepare our programme schedule to have a healthy mix of stimulating activities and free time for relaxation. All activities are optional, you’re the one to decide how to spend time during the weekend. If you’d like time to yourself, you will be supported to do so!

YOGAWAY #1: Hoi An is an opportunity to explore yourself through your yoga practice, allowing you a space and the freedom to step away from routine, daily distractions, and stresses. We will provide some insights on philosophy while you dig deeper into yoga, and apply the lessons we learn on the mat to change our world.
