This exclusive sanctuary invites you to stimulate body and mind, with the intention to discover and strengthen the connection with yourself, your environment and those around you with us as your guide.
You will be looked after by a team of multi-skilled Health Coaches including Personal Trainers, Yoga & Capoeira Instructors, Certified Nutritionists & Plant-Based Chefs. It is here that we combine our extensive knowledge to cover the full spectrum of holistic wellbeing.
Our aim is to bring back equilibrium to the body by invigorating the senses and offering nutrient dense plant based cuisine, exercise that incorporates vinyasa yoga, high intensity training and rebounding activities, meditative practices that open the body and clear the mind, balanced eating workshops and massage.
