My skill lays in Shiatsu, Qi Gong, and craniosacral therapies, which have rich traditions emphasizing attentive awareness of the body, heart, and mind. By embracing a calm and unhurried pace, these practices facilitate the release of tension and stress in the nervous system, alleviating discomfort and creating a secure environment that promotes transformative changes.

Through this integrated approach, your innate wisdom is empowered to express its needs in a safe manner.

My motivation stems from establishing authentic connections with the body-mind-spirit, which unlocks a realm of alchemy and enchantment beyond our conventional understanding.

I embrace the crucial elements of intelligent inquiry, self-reflection, attentive listening, discipline, honesty, and warmth. These ingredients form the foundation of my approach.

We depart from Volos Port, Greece 16 September 2023 (4 hours north of Athens) at 6PM and arrive back to Volos Port 23 September 2023 at 9AM. There are multiple ways to get there ; there’s an airport, bus, train or by car.

There are quite a few worthwhile scenic sites surrounding this region, such as Peilio and the famous Meteora where you can see hanging monasteries among other beautiful places.
