Teacher/Teachings

My skill lays in Meditation, Qi Gong, and Craniosacral and somatoemotional release therapies, which have rich traditions emphasizing attentive awareness of the body, heart, and mind. By embracing a calm and unhurried pace, these practices facilitate the release of tension and stress in the nervous system, alleviating discomfort and creating a secure environment that promotes transformative changes.

Through this integrated approach, your innate wisdom is empowered to express its needs in a safe manner.

My motivation stems from establishing authentic connections with the body-mind-spirit, which unlocks a realm of alchemy and enchantment beyond our conventional understanding.

I embrace the crucial elements of intelligent inquiry, self-reflection, attentive listening, discipline, honesty, and warmth. These ingredients form the foundation of my approach.

I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist you in awakening your inherent interconnectedness and nurturing a sense of equilibrium and inner harmony. Together, we will cultivate a state of balance and centeredness that encompasses your entire being.

11. HOUSE RULES ONBOARD

As part of the crew onboard, we encourage keeping a tidy and clean environment. This will help ensure a healthy and happy environment.

11.1 Keep the space shipshape, above and below deck. Every single thing aboard a vessel has its place and has to be put exactly in the same place all the time. That way all sorts of injuries, such as twisted angles, browses or scratches are put to a minimum. All the dishes, plates and cutlery have to be stored in their compartments before taking off while all the cupboards, drawers and hatches have to be carefully closed. All the objects which might be rolled over or broken should be secured as well as the swimming toys (fins, goggles, towels and swimsuits) which have to be stored in the trunks instead of lying in the cockpit or on the transom.

11.2 The captain is law. There can be only one captain on board. Captain’s orders must be obeyed without question or discussion because he has full responsibility for goods and lives aboard.

11.3 Safety first- Every crew member has to be aware of the place of their lifejackets and all the fire extinguishers. In the case of emergency, everybody should obey the instructions by the captain.

11.4 A hostess is onboard to cook breakfast and lunch, wash up dishes and maintain the common spaces of the ship. Bedrooms are the responsibility of the guest.

12. Data protection

Evelyn Stavrinidis does not store customers’ personal data.

13. Weather Conditions

Should the weather not permit departure, as this is subject to the skipper’s judgment, no refunds are subjected to any delays or plan changes. Should the weather deem the crew and guests to be inside the vessel all practices will be amended and taken under shelter and/or inside the vessel.

14. There is no smoking on board this vessel. As this week is centred around mindful leisure. To benefit as such, we encourage none to minimal alcohol intake. We will be “tasting” local barrelled wine and/or local beer with dinner. “Tasting” refers to a half a glass per person.
