Description of the Retreat

Ideal Wellbeing holidays for any women seeking balance and life changing or wanting to learn and build their own practice. Beginners are welcomed as the group is small. Beatrice will meet you individually at the beginning of your holidays to understand your specific needs or intentions (if you wish).
Perfect week to get away from your hectic life, reduce your stress and tension. Learn how to stretch, tone and become aware of your body and your mind. This is a women only group.

Beatrice guides you in a way that you will be able to understand yoga in its full dimension and as a lifestyle. She will help you build your own practice and give you the tools to incorporate yoga into your daily life to improve your general wellbeing.

And still plenty of time for you to enjoy this beautiful island and relax

    Yoga is always great. Greece is amazing. Just add Beatrice to the combo and magic will happen. Can’t wait for the next opportunity to enjoy this retreat.

    I have been twice to this women retreat lead by Bea and loved it. Bea is such a calm, smiley and inspiring teacher. The yoga was amazing as I learnt a lot and how to do it properly according to my body and I surprisingly enjoyed the yoga nidra and her voice left me completely relaxed… A first for me… Kalymnos is fantastic! People are so welcoming and warm. And the group, well I arrived alone, I leave with friends. We had much laughs and intense moments together. Thank you.
