Description of the Retreat

Sophie will be running a deeply healing and relaxing one day retreat in the countryside. The retreat will take place on one of the oldest deer parks in England (Eridge Park), only a 10 minute drive from Tunbridge Wells and a 50 minute train ride from London.
.
The retreat will run as follows: .
10-12 – Meditation class and sound healing journey.
.
12-1.30 – A delicious and nourishing vegan lunch and chance to sit, wander and relax in an award winning countryside garden.
.
1.30-3.30 – A Group mindfulness walk in the beautiful private deer park, including a magical bluebell forest (hopefully the bluebells will be out – this photo was taken in the forest last year!)
.
3.30-4.30 – Closing circle and relaxing sound bath to finish the day.
.
All level of experience are welcome.
Tickets are £80 and limited spaces are available – please email Sophie at [email protected] to book your place.

This will be a chance

– to learn some new meditation techniques and tools around relaxing the mind and body.

– to enjoy the deep relaxation and calm that comes from sound healing.

– to feel nourished and uplifted by delicious vegan food.

– to connect more deeply to your self and the incredible healing energy of the sacred land.

All level of experience are welcome – from complete beginners to regular meditators.

Tickets are £80 and limited spaces are available so please let me know if you’re interested.

    Overall Experience

Beautiful location and wonderful teachings, drawing from ancient meditation practises and modern psychotherapy. The teacher, Sophie, leads the retreat with a gentle kindness and gracefulness.
Went for a relaxing ‘forest bath’ and then finished off with a lovely sound bath and topped with a delicious vegan lunch.
    Highly recommended!
