Our Retreat will mix the techniques of Thai massage with Yoga, fitness and relaxation,
Fusion dance and self acceptance.
An interesting Thai Massage workshop will give you the tools to learn such an ancestral technique and benefit from it. Furthermore what you learn during our retreat you will be able to use on yourself for the rest of your life.
We also will have an excursion to a wonderful Laguna beach planned, not to mention a Sunset Yoga class included !
Indulge in tropical fruits such as mango, jackfruit, mangosteen, starfruit. dragonfruit and durians. Eat nourishing vegetarian food, vegan raw food and learn more about healthy living and nutrition.
The Health & Sports Resort package is perfectly suited for those wishing to realign themselves and escape the relentless hustle and bustle of daily life. The new Retreat Getaway program is a 7-night stay that gives participants the chance to truly get away from it all, and perhaps discover something new within themselves along the way.
Guests can expect a week of relaxation, rejuvenation and revitalization as they embark on this retreat. In order to help guests relax, 2 yoga classes catered for the needs of the individuals are offered each day, along with daily meditation sessions that cover pranayama and meditation techniques suitable for each level, and 3 Thai massage workshops during the program totalling 6 hours. To rejuvenate, daily Freeletics classes adjusted for the group’s level take place, along with a couple of Afro Fusion dance classes or Salsa classes, and a Sunset Yoga session on one of Phuket’s most beautiful beaches. To revitalise, guests receive complimentary access to Thanyapura’s sports facilities and fitness centre including the 50m and 24m pools, towel service, and access to the Lifestyle Locker Rooms complete with sauna room, steam room, and hot and cold jacuzzis. Meals are provided throughout the retreat, with delicious vegetarian and vegan options available for lunch and dinner.

Yoga:
During our yoga retreat in Thailand you will receive daily Hatha Yoga classes. Hatha Yoga helps to harmonize the body, breathing, wisdom and spirit, conceptualizing and exploring the nature of being. Hatha Yoga offers a sequential method to become fully aware of our existence, the physical and subtle bodies while at the same time directing attention more and more toward a happy place of existence.
The aim of our yoga sections, classes and workshops will show you yoga as a process of awakening to the truth of one’s own being, to a feeling of permanent equanimity amid, the turbulence of everyday life and the stages of our existence. It will be a precious time to be with your being and to know yourself as you really are.
The classes that will be carried out during our yoga retreat, are all planned to avoid in this way an unnecessarily difficult practises and that it may cause injuries to our clients. Ludisis Mones our certified yoga instructor will offer you a range of asana, pranayama and meditation sequences, so you can choose which sequence is best suited to your self-exploration.
Instead of thinking about asanas held for a long time as static, we will encourage you to perform small adjustment movements that provide stronger stability and more comfort for breathing, body and mind.
The Hatha Yoga classes will gradually go from the simple to the complex in this way the body opens more easily and consequently more safely. In our classes we will enter the stillness from the moment we step on the Mat, during the most intense phases of practice and even in savasana.
