Yoga is one of the most ancient forms of body movement, and one of the safest. The emphasis is on working from within the body and allowing the body to limit the movement. For many Yoga is a way to relax in this stress-filled world, for others it is a way of keeping healthy and mobile, and for some it is a way of getting in touch with their inner being and improving their powers of concentration.
Lendrick Lodge Holistic Yoga Retreat Centre offers a full spectrum of Yoga styles, ranging from Hatha, Iyengar, Integral, Ashtanga, Bhikram, Sivananda, Kundalini and Viniyoga, Tantric, Vanda Scaravelli influenced teachers, Integrative Yoga Therapy, to name a few.

What Makes Lendrick Yoga Unique
To quote from the Italian Yoga Master Sandra Sabatini “Yoga comes easy to you in Lendrick Lodge.” The healing, loving environment that has been nurtured for over 25 years creates the fertile soil that brings to life the very essence of Yoga. The miraculous, healing potential of Yoga is explored and awakened on our courses here at Lendrick Lodge.
Teachers like Sheva Rea, Desikachar and a selection of the most influential yoga teachers in the world have taught here and found a beautiful space to awaken the light that shines from within through this ancient spiritual practice. As the sun rises over Loch Venacher, imagine meditating in the hill above the wild woods of Lendrick Lodge and feel the power of your heart expanding out into the world.
