Description of the Retreat

    I had the great pleasure of attending CreativeSOULyoga’s annual Spring into Summer luxury retreat weekend last year 2018 in a private lodge in pretty river valley near Collingwood Ontario. Christine chooses the most beautiful and relaxing venues to retreat to offering the most blissful weekend experience. The yoga was so restorative and being able to stay in the beautiful yoga room and dream away to the sounds of the birds and nature outside surrounded by glass on three sides was so lovely! The food was devine and there were options for all types of eaters; paleo, veggie and vegans! I was surprised at the lasting effect that aCSY retreat had on my vitality! I went back to my busy life a transformed person; much more relaxed and ready to get on with business! I found the price very reasonable for all that this retreat provider offers! You should definitely try out one of these retreats!

    I have been on two retreats with Christine and I’m looking forward to my third.
    Always amazing experience, and top quality.
    Every detail is thought out carefully. There is a lot of love that goes into planning the retreat. Definitely a passion project for her.

Food

All food is chef prepared in a traditional dining setting experience. You will enjoy looking out over the sunset glistening off the lake in the distance while listening to music and talking with new friends! Food is farm fresh and created with love!
