Hannah is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher.
She was first introduced to different types of yogic and meditative practices as a teenager, which began to shape her understanding of the symbiotic nature between body and mind.
In 2010, Hannah received a BFA in Sound Design which continues to inspire her use of sound as a healing modality through a yogic application.
In 2016, while living in South Korea, Hannah completed her first yoga teacher training and began offering yoga to kindergarten students in Seoul.
Later she traveled to Bali to continue her studies of Hatha Yoga.
Inspired to share her teachings with others, she moved to Thailand where she taught Hatha Yoga on the beaches of Koh Yao Noi for two years.
She completed her 300 hr YTT and Pre/Post-Natal Training with the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga in India through lineage based teachers.
In 2019, Hannah organized and led women's health workshops in Goa, India.
Hannah is currently a student of Krishnamacharya based Classical Yoga in Chennai, India, where she is working towards her Post Graduate Diploma for Yoga Therapy.
Hannah is a dedicated teacher and continuing student of yoga and believes that through the art of awareness, we develop the skills to navigate our lives with profound harmony and grace.
Erica Zentner is an experienced practitioner and student of yoga.
She fell in love with yoga 17 years ago.
Erica tries to nurture her students so they can develop an intuitive engagement to the asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
She is always veering towards a teaching style that can combine the ancient inherent wisdom of classical yoga - with deep honor and respect for the individuals on the mat in front of her.
She has received training in Krishnamacharya classical Lineage yoga under Yoga Vahini in Chennai.
Here she continues to be a student in the Post Graduate Diploma for Yoga Therapy.
She is also training with Simon Borg-Olivier, Francoise Freedman (founder of Birthlight institute of pre and postnatal yoga), and Angel & Gopala Yaffa (founder of Rainbow Yoga).
Erica continues to be professionally interested in discovering ways to teach the philosophy of yoga in a way that honors students' individual religious and spiritual beliefs.
She also maintains an interest in the use of sound as a healing modality.
