REIKI HOUSE FUERTEVENTURA YOGA HOLIDAY SPAIN PROGRAM
This holistic retreat in Fuerteventura is designed so you can tour around the island, as well as for repair, heal, and oxygenate your body and your mind. Every day, you will enjoy a morning yoga session to stretch all your muscles, to be calm and relaxed. At the end of the session, you will be served a delicious and healthy breakfast of organic cereals, fruits, non-dairy milk products, etc., to detoxify the body.

You will eliminate negative emotions, conflicts, blockages, etc. in the house or just visiting Fuerteventura. Lunch is not included in the retreat package to make it easier for you to visit a different area of the island every day. At the end of the day, an amazing dinner will be waiting for you. Dinners are organic and flexitarian, but delicious nonetheless.

After dinner and in order to relax after your daytime excursion, you will enjoy a Nidra yoga session (guided meditation) under the light of candles and the stars, before going to sleep with absolute happiness and peace. In addition, during this spiritual retreat, you will receive two Reiki sessions and a session of Bach flower remedies so you keep healing your inner energy or your body, in the event of any medical condition or disease. You will return home renewed.

The following sample itinerary is only an example and it is subject to changes. The Reiki sessions and Bach flower remedies will only be held at the indicated times if it is your turn to have the session.

I love Reiki House Fuerteventura and I want to repeat the experience!! They offer daily transfers but I preferred to rent a car to go to the beach and to explore a lot of interesting places, because the bus system in the island is not very good, but the house is amazing and the hosts Alex and Boris, take care of you and make you feel home.
