Description of the Retreat

Get away from the stresses of everyday struggle to this tropical paradise where you will experience daily yoga, meditation, and sacred healing, ecstatic dancing and mindfulness sessions with our Gurus. Awaken your inner light and let it shine through you. There will be plenty of free time to explore the depth of your own mind and embark on journey of healing your soul, self-renewal and reflection in a luxurious setting in Paradise. Learn about Hawaiian spirituality, the breath of ha, as well as participate in the sacred Hawaiian blessing ceremony, using authentic Hawaiian chanting.

We do not believe in remaining in one place throughout your retreat as this paradise has so much to show you, so we will be taking you on excursions to local waterfalls, beaches, hikes and visits local historic towns.

Teacher/Teachings

Sidra is our master healer and meditation instructor. She worked with plant medicine for over 4 years to treat depression, anxiety & PTSD. She now loves to share the knowledge she gathered in those years and help others find their inner peace and love.

Sidra's love for guiding people through darkness and into the light is the main reason why we organize this retreat.
