Food

Like a restful stay, proper nutrients are also required to keep the body healthy and energetic. At Shwaasa ashram, equal importance is given to the food we serve to our students for their health and well-being. We serve three meals daily prepared with care and perfection by our experienced chefs. The food is vegetarian in nature, fulfilling the contentment of the body, mind and soul. We try the best to serve palate satiating nutritious food meeting the dietary requirements of the students of 200 Hour Yoga Training. Along with that, we also serve herbal tea and drinks.
