Imagine you’ve taken a pause from life’s hectic to do’s to enjoy a nourishing escape of pamper and play…

You awaken to the smell of fresh-brewed coffee and herbal tea and look out your bedroom window at a blanket of pure white winter with the sounds of falling snowflakes.

Set your intentions for the day with an invigorating vinyasa yoga class followed by a delicious organic breakfast. Head to the slopes for a day of adventure snowboarding and skiing one of the most breathe taking mountains amongst new friends. Return to the retreat house for some r&r and find a cozy spot by the fire for yoga stretches and hot tub therapy. Enjoy a glass of wine with dinner and good conversation and plenty of time to chill into the evening.

"Tahoe was absolutely magical! The snow was perfect, Heavenly Resort was great for all levels that had come to the retreat, and the views were something out of a fairy tale. The retreat house was our retreat HOME! I thought I was going on Ride And Vibe Retreat to escape, but truthfully I arrived at home. The floor to ceiling windows allowed us to enjoy our morning coffee with the perfect snowy, forest views and acted as the perfect backdrop to our fireside yoga sessions. Every meal was an epic feast! Loved the movie theater room and hot tub as well. Every yoga session offered was amazing, but so was every meal, every trip to the mountain to get some snowboarding in, and every bit of downtime in between
