"My dear friends
Just a note to say thank you so much, even though that is not enough.
I came here nervous and frightened, not knowing what to expect and not fully knowing myself.
What did I find? Comfort, support, understanding, care and safety, but most of all, people that wanted to listen to me as I unravelled my emotions.
I will never forget what this experience has given me and the impact it has had. These past few days will be forever in my soul for the rest of my life.
I understand what true mindfulness is now, much more than sitting and calming my mind. It’s a way of life that I thought I had, but now realise I had only touched the surface. Scott you taught me so much and allowed me to find true mental and spiritual peace, with our meditations and you nourished my body with marvellous food made with love.
Ryan you are an extremely gifted soul. Your compassion is limitless and the depths of your understanding are beyond measure. You gave me back me, and reminded me of what I had lost but was always there. You gave me the tools to live my life, speak my truth and love myself. For that I am truly grateful.
I am on a new path. One that I will travel with you both in my heart and soul, so how can I fail.
My tears are falling as I write this but they are tears of joy and happiness as I move into a new phase of my life.
I know our bond will grow and I will return, maybe with new issues. But I will come back knowing that this sanctuary you offer will heal whatever hurts.
I am blessed to have found you both. May your love reach other broken hearts and souls and minds, like mine.
Until we meet again, God bless you both. Be happy & stay safe.
Love and friendship always.
'My partner and I returned back a few weeks ago from this lovely little place.
We arrived at Alicante Airport and we were met by Anthony the driver.
Once we arrived through the gates of the retreat we were treated like royalty, we were met by the owners with a nice glass of their homemade lemonade and then shown to our room.
The rooms are spacious and light with really REALLY comfy beds and the rooms have everything we would need. The only thing we wish we’d had in the room was a little fridge, but everything (and I mean everything else) had been thought of including aircon and a ceiling fan which was a must have for me.
The villa itself is just lovely and after just one day you feel like it's your own private place in the countryside.
The pool area is great and so quiet and this is where you find Scott and Ryan will bring you drinks without even having to ask. (My partner told me not to get used to this sort of treatment).
We also think that Scott is a feeder because he keeps you well fed with fruit and snacks up by the pool in between the mealtimes.
And the food is amazing, and definitely a highlight.
In short the retreat really does what it says on the tin.
We both feel so chilled out since coming back to the uk and cannot wait to visit again.'

'This retreat feels so personal.
From the moment I arrived to the moment you leave the guys that run it can't do enough for you.
It really is the little details that make this retreat special.
The whole place has a feeling of calm and serenity. I definitely had the time to focus on myself in a nurturing environment filled with love and acceptance.
The main points to mention are the standard of accommodation and the wellbeing services available from Ryan.
It's just what I needed and I will be back!'
'I just feel so relaxed after returning back from here.
The whole stay for us was magical.
The villa is beautiful and the rooms are just so bright and comfortable.
The highlights for me was the bed and the food.
Its rare I can sleep well in other beds whilst I'm away from home but at this retreat I just didn't want to get up for breakfast. The quality of linen and the pillows are worth a mention too!
The selection of food and drinks available are really good, we are both vegan so to find a retreat that actually offers this was wonderful.
The mindfulness at sunset with Scott was another highlight for me personally, we both took advantage of the therapy services whilst we were here because both of us have felt a little Burnt out with work, Ryan is quite incredible to be around and we have already arranged to have online chats with him now we are back to reality.
We also like the fact that the retreat is linked to an actual therapy clinic in the uk, its one of the main reasons we picked it, so many of these places focus on detoxing or just yoga and we wanted somewhere that we could do and you don't disappoint.'

'I had to write this review to share how special this place really is.
We had the entire villa for our exclusive use.
We booked all 3 rooms for us and the 3 kids
It was recommended to us by another family who had stopped here. Its run by two guys called Scott and Ryan, and nothing is too much trouble from the moment you arrive.
It felt like we had our own private villa with people there to do everything for us.
The beds are made every day with fresh towels provided. You also get robes to wear around the place and these were a nice touch.
The food is really good here too, it's all vegatarian and we all loved it. The breakfast buffet on the terrace in the morning is especially good. Scott fetches the bread every morning and some mornings it was still warm from the bakery. A really good selection of food and drinks during our stay.
Scott and Ryan keep you well fed and watered throughout the day, we especially liked the way we could just help ourselves to anything we wanted from the fruit bowl or the fridge.
The pool area is great. And they provide towels for you to use for your entire stay.
Lots of areas to go and read a book too including the hammocks on the palm trees and the garden room or the terrace on the main house which was ideal for us as we like to spread out.
The scenery around the villa is beautiful, it's set in rural farmland and dotted with other villas.
Its in a little road with about 5 or 6 other places, it's so quiet and at night all you can here is crickets in the fields.
We had massages and bike rides while we were there and this was all included in the price.
Initially when we looked at the price it was more than our normal holiday would of been. But when you see what you get its really good value for money.
We all just wanted to say thankyou for looking after us. We have never had a break away as a family that had so much care and attention to detail
Thank you to you all, from the family Flirsty.'

'Relaxed and unwound spring to mind.
We have a busy life with our work and children, we were looking for somehere to unwind for a few days and this retreat was perfect for us.
We didn't take the kids as this was just an adult break just for us.
The whole experience was great and these guys have what they are doing down to a fine art.
The place is spotless and clean, the food is amazing.
The rooms are really comfortable with a great bed, really comfy!
We had one of the rooms with a shared bathroom which we didn't mind at all. The shower is great. And they replace all of the towels every day.
We really liked the chill out music playing in the background in the villa and the gardens too.
The pool area was my favourite place during the stay, and it's open until really late at night so we had many late night swims just looking up at the stars.
The place is quite intimate with only 3 rooms but we loved the personal touch with everything they do.
We didn't do the yoga although it's there is you want it. But we did have a massage and that was another highlight for me.
So in short, it's a really lovely place and the lads that run it know what they are doing.
Both really friendly and attentive and I think what they offer here is really good value for money and something quite special.'

'There are so many things to mention about this place I'm not sure where to begin?
Its run by a couple called Ryan and Scott.
They both do everything and I'm not really sure how they get it all done?
The yoga and massage are done by other team members who come in on certain days to do it and they are great. The massage was especially good, We have had massage in many retreats over the years and they have been a bit hit and miss but they listen to what you want here and it was definitely a hit.
We’re not vegetarians but the food was amazing, and mostly prepared by Scott and he is more than happy to show you exactly how to prepare the food and share recipes with you too.
Ryan deals with the therapy side of things and he's so.. So good at what he does.
The rooms are super comfy and we didn't want to get out of bed in the morning.
The pool area is really nice and you find they come up with water melon and drinks for you throughout the day.
Only negative thing we have to mention is the fact we have had to leave.'

We have just returned from a 4 day get away from it all at the clarity retreat and I didn't want to leave.
We are a family of 3 and we felt pampered and relaxed the whole time.
We were picked up from alicante airport by a private driver from the retreat. The transfer took about 30 minutes and we were greeted by both Scott and Ryan who run it with some of their homemade lemonade which was much needed after our travels.
The retreat is small and friendly with really beautiful rooms. We had the larger room with the ensuite and our daughter had the room next to us with a bathroom next door. The beds are probably the comfiest we have ever had on a holiday and struggled to get up in the morning lol.
We have stopped in many hotels and B&B's and I can honestly say these are some of the best rooms we have ever stopped in. The wardrobes are huge and even an iron and ironing board in each room shows attention to detail.
The pool is lovely and much needed in July as the weather was very hot.
The food was really good and plenty of it, none of us are vegans or veggies but we might be slightly converted after our little break.
All the meals are served on the terrace and one of my favourite things is that there is gentle music playing around the entire place including by the pool all day.
We took their complimentary bikes out on an afternoon to look around the local area and its beautiful although in hindsight I recommend doing this either early morning or evening once the heat has settled down. The area its in is so quiet but we quickly realised we were only 10 minutes bike ride away from Catral the actual town.
The massage we had was great and this is done in the garden room next to the pool at the retreat.
My daughter and hubby did the yoga. (I didn't bother with that one as its not my thing)
Scott and Ryan and their team are just so friendly, this retreat is a little gem of relaxation and at night the entire grounds are lit up by little solor flame tiki torches that turn it into something quite magical. This was my favourite time to just sit and take it all in.
None of us have ever been to a retreat before and didn't know what to expect, it's just so relaxing to shut off from everything. And get a little pampering done too.
They offer other therapies here too all included in the cost its not something we took part in but we spoke to another couple who were there at the same time that told us its amazing.
This little break was bought for me as a little treat by the hubby and let's just say he's scored some major brownie points.
I've only just left and I already want to go back.
Scott and Ryan, the team. Thankyou so much for this magical little break away. Whatever you're doing just keep doing it.
Oh and I've tried to make the sweet potato curry and it didn't turn out like yours lol.
