Teacher/Teachings

In 2012, Liz left London and her career as commercial real estate lawyer which at the time was a huge leap of faith though one of the best decisions of her life; a career in law was just not for her!

From London, she moved to Brighton where she trained in, and then taught mindfulness to individuals and workplace groups. Although this new direction was rewarding, Liz still felt something was missing.

And so, for the following four years, she went on a journey of self- investigation, travelling in Nepal and India until a chance meeting with a Californian film director introduced her to the practice of forest bathing.

During her Forest Therapy Guide training, Liz knew finally that reconnecting people with Nature was her calling. And now, as an ANFT Certified Guide, Mentor of Guides and a Member of the ANFT European Council, she offers forest bathing walks, nature reconnection retreats and team-building away-days at the Sanctuary at Broughton, North Yorkshire.
