    Overall Experience

Warning: this might be the longest review but the most honest one.
As much as I’d love to leave a review saying that this was the worst yoga school I’ve ever been to and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemies, but I’m a good person and will leave a very honest review.
First let me state that this school has three buildings and the pictures on the website are only from the latest/nicest building and so it is you and your luck which building you’re placed in, and the other two buildings are pretty old and look absolutely nothing like the pictures. So false advertising here.
Second, I payed for a private room, which says on the website that I get a nice balcony, I did not get a balcony and the room had two single beds instead of one kind/queen size bed and again the room looked nothing like the pictures.
Third, the website says that all rooms have AC units (not all rooms do) and the rooms that do have an AC unit, you have to pay 300$ extra PER NIGHT if you want to use it which is not mentioned on the website anywhere (they might change the website after this review because they tend to do that a lot but at the time I joined, nothing was mentioned)
    So that’s for the accommodation.
    Now for the course:
The girls that were taking the 200 hrs ashtanga vinyasa course were pretty happy and satisfied with the teachers and the course so I can’t put a judgment to that.
I enrolled to the 100 hrs meditation course and it was a total disaster.
First day we did ABSOLUTELY nothing, just wasting time in useless conversations about our selves and our lives and did not do any session of meditation or speak anything about meditation and it was pretty bad and disappointing.
And the only “meditation session” we had was supposed to be kondalini yoga (I don’t know much about kondalini) but the teacher first asked us to jump in our place to receive energy from the ground then put music on his phone and told us to dance around (and he started dancing too) then told us to sit in silence then lie down, without explaining anything about what we were doing and why but If that were a method from kondalini yoga, I don’t think it was suitable for a first day.
Then I complained and wanted to leave the school because of just first day but then the management told me to give it another try because first day is usually slow (which it shouldn’t be because I’m only taking 100 hrs)
But anyway I did give it another day and I saw a tiny bit of improvement, the teacher were slightly going by the course schedule and giving information about meditation.
But then the third day they were just repeating them selves and again the class was going off topic and somethings were completely not related to mediation and it was a total disaster.
One teacher kept looking at the time to see how much is left and what BS should he continue with till it’s time to end the class.
It seems to me that the teachers know what they’re doing (maybe) when it comes to the ashtanga vinyasa course but have no idea what they’re doing for the meditation course.
And I put all the blame on the management for putting them in such a position because they seem like nice people and for being total hypocrites.
We were only 4 girls in the program, me and another girl ended up leaving by day 3 and barely got our money back (obviously didn’t get the whole amount back because this school is all about making money with lies)
It’s really disappointing to see that there are schools out there trying to make money by scamming people when one of the first principles of yoga is truthfulness….
There is nothing wrong with making money but it is truly horrible when you take advantage of people that want to make a difference in their lives and others.
